Your Roof Health Assessment helps determine whether your roof is still in good condition, needs maintenance or repair, may qualify for rejuvenation, or is ready for replacement.
What is roof rejuvenation?
Roof rejuvenation is a treatment designed for qualifying asphalt-shingle roofs that are showing signs of ageing but are still structurally sound. The treatment penetrates the shingles to help restore oils lost over time, improving flexibility and helping preserve the roof you already have.
How do I know if my roof qualifies for rejuvenation?
Not every roof does — and that's why we inspect first. We'll assess the condition of your shingles and roofing system before recommending rejuvenation. If your roof needs repairs first, we'll explain them. And if it's beyond the point where rejuvenation makes sense, we'll tell you that too.

Yes. Our Roof Health Assessment is complimentary and there's no obligation to purchase anything. We'll assess your roof, take photos, explain what we find and walk you through the options that make sense for your home.
How long does roof rejuvenation take?
Most residential roof rejuvenation treatments can be completed in just a few hours, depending on the size and condition of the roof. We'll explain the process and what to expect before your treatment is scheduled.
What if my roof actually does need to be replaced?
Then we'll tell you. North Ridge isn't here to rejuvenate a roof that should be replaced. If our assessment shows that replacement is the right solution, we'll explain why and walk you through your replacement options.
